Retention of records
We will keep Private Information only as long as it is necessary, however, this may be for a significant period of time. When the Private Information is no longer required, it will be destroyed either by shredding or other approved destruction methods to prevent unauthorised parties from gaining access to the information during and after the process. Price Markets takes precautions to ensure the security of your Private Information, and strives to maintain its accuracy. Backups
We may also retain your Private Information in backups for a reasonable period of time, ever after the termination of your account or your relationship with us governed by our Terms. We will not share Private Information in backups with third parties unless compelled to by law.

 

Requested deletion
Price Markets shall, upon request and promptly using commercially reasonable efforts, correct, delete, and/or block Private Information from further processing and/or use.
